4th of July - part one

as mentioned, to celebrate my independence and this amazingly free country, i took the megabus up to chicago...

i stayed with this shit head on thursday



















we had Chicagos pizza (my favorite) for dinner with this one



















and met up with these two for some drinking














come friday morning, it was time to head out to bev shores for the annual trip of relaxation and good times. i'm already tired trying to tell a story. i'll do that later. here's some pictures:















that's a douchebag, kelly, rachie and sharmie - we had just had what i'm dubbing a pretty good hunk of cow at some restaurant whose name now escapes me... that night, we ate tombstones at a bar that was at first adamant about not letting sharmane in with her government issued i.d. (passport) cause the state of indiana is fucked up, we sang karaoke, we drank lots of blue moon...

this is rachel and the karaoke host who i'm just gonna call Dusty. they sang fucking "cruising" and they did a bang up job. rachie got mad pipes, don't be fooled.



















this is tom. tom and i got into a fight after we closed out the bar back at jason and curt's. i was yelling. i called him lots of bad names. it was The Best. for serious.














in case you didn't know, this night of karaoke was also a contest. we swept the leg with "magic man." the prize? we got to sing the last song of the evening. ba dum bum.
