the beginnings of a freak out
it's less than 6 months until oscar time and the last movie i saw in a theater was 'cannibal holocaust' which will never get an award & doesn't deserve one.
who wants to see any/all of the following after we get through what i'm dubbing to be the worst thanksgiving in all of thanksgivings:
capote
a history of violence
north country
walk the line (and believe you me, i do NOT want to see this. i LOVE leaf phoenix guys, but i'm all like "..." when it comes to your boy in black)
broken flowers
shopgirl
and i'm sure there's so many more, but this is what comes off the top of my head. and maybe 'broken flowers' isn't even out any longer, I DON'T KNOW, I'M OUT OF THE LOOP.

Why is this Thanksgiving going to be so bad?
Broken Flowers has come and gone. I think your best bet to see it will be on DVD.
t-giving is going to potentially suck, i should have added in that important word. the explanation requires another entry on its own that i don't have the time or energy to waste on.
